Paracord Bracelets

We are now carrying Paracord bracelets, and watches made by a Vietnam Veteran!

My dad is actually the one who is making them. He started doing it as a way to waste time when he wasn't able to work for a little bit for health reasons. Now, he is selling them as a way to make a little money, and for fun!

He will custom make them to fit your wrist size. You can choose between a buckle and a knot. We are waiting for buckles with a whistle in them to come in. They are a saftey feature in case you get stranded or lost.

The bracelets can be cut and you would have a certain amount of rope that will hold 550 pounds! So they are good to have in case of an emergency.

Father's Day is coming up, and these would be great for any Dad!

The bracelets with a knot are $7, and the bracelets with a buckle are $10. Plus $2 shipping. The whistle buckles will be an extra .50 cents.

The watches are $25. Or we can use an old watch head and put the strap on it for you. The watch head just needs to have a wide enough space to fit the cord through. The watch band is $10.

The colors that we have are : Black, Olive Drab, Camo, Sand, Blue, White, and Neon Yellow on order.

If you want Blue, White, or Neon Yellow, they will be $1 extra. If you would like another color you can request it, and we can look into ordering it for you! We are always open for suggestions!

To measure your wrist, find any kind of string, wrap it around your wrist (not too tight), and lay it on a ruler. Tell us how many inches that is, we will be able to custom fit it that way :)

To place an order leave a comment on this blog with your e-mail, or e-mail me at alistcreations@hotmail.com and put "paracord bracelet/watch" in the subject of the e-mail!

We are already working on new things! I'll update as we get new things in!

Thank you for checking us out!

New Things

So, I am sorry for practically disappearing on you guys! I don't think I am much of a blogger. I guess we'll see.

So, something new in my life is I have decided to try to learn to sew. It has been an interesting experience, but I am loving it! I have made an apron so far. I have other tasks on my list of things to do, I just need to get around to doing them!

I'm so excited to have unique gifts for Christmas this year. Being crafty is one of my favorite things ever!

So, here is my apron. And I will try and update as I go along.

I closed my Etsy shop, but I am still making jewelry. I might open it up one of these days, but I am not sure. I will still sell if anyone is interested. :)

Thanks for still following me!

My Secret Sister

So, this amazing team that I am a part of (TeamCAC-Christian Artisans and Crafters) had a secret sibling exchange. Bobbie, Inspiredbymarie , was the person who had me. She first of all blessed me throughout the whole time we had until we delivered our gift, by sending me a card, from FallingStarLane and some amazing Shower Fizzies, from BaghdadBum

And on top of that, she sent me THESE amazing boxes!!

Here is a close-up of the purse

And a close-up of the little jewelry box

Thank you SO much, Bobbie! You have been such a blessing to me, and I pray God blessed you back pressed down, shaken together, and running over!

Spring is here!

With the birds singing away, and the flowers starting to bloom here, spring has arrived! I love this time of year, right before it gets EXTREMELY hot. There are some amazing beach days around this time of year too.

I hope to make it out on a bluebonnet adventure. One year we went on a roadtrip just searching for bluebonnets in the wild. They are so pretty, and I would love to do that again.

Yay Spring!!

Congratulations Sheila!

So I finally picked the winner of my blog giveaway. I know that next time I won't start my giveaway so early.

Random.org picked number 10 and that was Sheila of sewfaithful!

I decided since she has an Etsy shop, that I would go ahead and feature some items here.

Sheila is such a sweet lady, and has become a good friend.

Here are a couple things on her site! I just love her stuff. I know she is adding new things soon, so make sure to check back and see what she comes up with!! Her site is www.sewfaithful.etsy.com

A cute key fob with a matching miniwallet/business card holder.

A lovely clutch! I love the colors.

A sweet stuffed dog for a child. Perfect baby shower gift! I would own this if we had children :)

Thank you to everyone who participated in my giveaway. It will not be the last one! I had a lot of fun.

Introducing you to...

My family!

I figured I would talk a little bit about my little family, since I have not done that on the blog yet.

My husband's name is Chad, and our furbaby is Cooper. He is a 3 year old (on feb 6th) black lab. He is the best dog I could ever ask for!! Chad is 26 and my best friend and soulmate. He is in the Texas National Guard, and attending the police academy. He has been deployed to Iraq twice, once in active duty and once in the national guard. Cooper was there with me for the second deployment, and is definitely a God send.

He is such a sweet boy!

My sweet husband right before he deployed the second time.

So, there is a little bit about my family. I hope you enjoy the pictures and story!
